Make your next introduction a lasting connection.
Bring your business story, local creator collaborations and customer follow-up into one clear growth plan. Start with a useful occasion and the next action your team can actually support.
Your business sets the direction.
A new collection, a quieter appointment window, an upcoming workshop or a returning customer each needs a different plan. Define the goal, the audience and the capacity before choosing the campaign.
Sagenta starts with the facts that make the invitation useful. That includes your location, products or services, prices, opening hours, terms and the person responsible for confirming changes.
- Retail launches built around the actual collection and stock
- Service introductions with clear fit, timing and acceptance
- Classes and experiences with a welcoming first visit
- Food occasions that work within your service capacity
A relevant creator. A clear agreement.
Local relevance matters more than a large follower count alone. A useful collaboration considers the creator’s subject, neighborhood, audience fit and the work they can credibly show.
Agree the visit, deliverables, timing, compensation and content rights before work begins. A hosted experience, a paid commission and permission to use a video in an advertisement are separate commitments.
Give interest somewhere useful to go.
The next step should match the occasion. A shopper may need product availability. A new salon client may need a service explanation. A workshop visitor may need the date, level and ticket terms.
Your team and the supported workflow determine which actions can be completed. Keep a customer inquiry, merchant acceptance, payment and fulfillment separate so reporting reflects what happened.
Make the next invitation worth receiving.
Follow-up works best when the customer has chosen it. A restock, a relevant class or an appropriate service interval can provide a better reason to return than a generic promotion.
Review confirmed outcomes and direct costs alongside the scope of measurement. Use that evidence to decide what to repeat, what to change and what to stop.
A clear monthly plan for your location.
Sagenta Growth is $399 per location per month, with monthly cancellation. Agree the supported channels, work, usage and responsibilities before activation.
Creator compensation, hosted products, paid advertising, additional licensing and provider charges require separate approval. Discuss local availability and the specific workflow for your industry with the team.
Common questions
Is Sagenta only for restaurants?
No. Sagenta explores customer journeys for independent retail, salons, studios, workshops, pet grooming, auto detailing and food businesses. The supported workflow is agreed individually. Fitness and medspa workflows remain planned and require a separate readiness review.
Does Sagenta replace my booking system or point of sale?
A website description does not establish a working integration. We confirm the supported connection and handoff for your business during setup. Your existing systems remain the source of truth for their records.
How do you measure results?
We distinguish content activity, inquiries, accepted actions, payment and completed visits where evidence is available. A tracked sale does not by itself prove additional revenue caused by a campaign.
Do I have to offer a discount?
No. A product release, a useful service explanation or a relevant experience can be the occasion. Any discount should fit your economics and be approved by your team.
