How information moves through Sagenta, who can see it, and the controls available to you.
Information we store
Sagenta stores the details you provide when creating an account and using the service. These can include your name and email, business locations, creator profile, preferences, campaign briefs, visit commitments, submitted social links, content permissions, offers, appointment records, feedback, conversations and tasks. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; session secrets are stored as digests.
How information is used
Information supports your account, requested workflows, conversation context, reviewed actions and activity history. Campaign commitments, content rights, consent choices and appointment details are retained as records of the decisions made in those workflows.
Visibility and sharing
Business accounts can access their workspace records. Creators and customers can access their own commitments, submissions, passes, bookings, preferences and conversations as applicable. Published campaigns and selected location details are visible in discovery. If you publish a creator page, its selected profile and recommendations are accessible through its public link. You can unpublish that page in Settings. Private creator preferences are excluded from merchant directories.
Conversations and optional AI
Conversations use local planning rules unless model sharing is configured and you opt in through Settings. An enabled model request can include your message, recent conversation history, saved preferences and selected campaign, offer and aggregate context. Raw customer records, account email and pass tokens are excluded from that selected context, but text you enter can still contain personal information. Turning sharing off stops future requests; it cannot retract information already transmitted.
Connected accounts and analytics
Connecting a supported social account requires your authorization. Sagenta stores encrypted access credentials and uses the granted permissions to retrieve account metadata and post analytics for authorized content. Measurement records include their provider, reporting date and retrieval time. Disconnecting removes the stored connection and associated measurements and attempts to revoke the provider credentials. Information already held by the provider remains subject to its own policies.
Cookies and website measurement
A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly and normally lasts seven days. You can sign out or revoke your account sessions in Settings. Third-party website analytics are disabled by default. When explicitly enabled, marketing-page measurement excludes private workspace and account routes and strips query strings and fragments from captured page URLs.
Storage and retention
Records are stored on the system operating Sagenta. The current database is not encrypted by the application, so access to that system, disk encryption and backup protection remain the operator’s responsibility. Account and workflow records remain until removed by the operator; comprehensive automatic retention and self-service account deletion are not available. Social reports older than 30 days since retrieval are excluded from exports and removed when analytics is read.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and preferences, remove saved places, unpublish a creator page, withdraw marketing consent and manage account sessions. Available exports contain records accessible to your account; they are not a complete personal-data archive.
