Using Sagenta
Sagenta connects business, creator and customer workflows through conversations and reviewed actions. These terms describe the service’s current scope and your responsibilities when using it. A campaign brief, accepted offer or separate written agreement may contain additional commitments specific to that activity.
Your account
Use accurate information, choose the account type appropriate to your work and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for reviewing actions performed through your account. Sign out and revoke sessions in Settings if you believe access has been compromised, and contact us for assistance.
Campaigns and creator commitments
Review dates, deliverables, benefits, cash compensation and content permissions before applying to or accepting a campaign. Recorded acceptance, check-in and content approval document workflow events. They do not replace a separate agreement where one is required. Do not misrepresent your identity, audience, work or performance.
Content and permissions
Only submit content you are authorized to share. Recorded rights and disclosure acknowledgements do not establish a signed licence or independently verify permission. Obtain the required permissions before reposting content or using it in advertising, and follow the applicable campaign commitments and platform requirements.
Appointments and offers
Review the service, location, price, terms and change window before confirming an appointment. Availability is checked again when the action is confirmed. Offer passes follow their recorded capacity, expiry and redemption rules. A recorded booking or redemption does not by itself establish an external calendar reservation or verified point-of-sale transaction.
Payments and pricing
Displayed plans describe proposed pricing unless a separate checkout or written agreement states otherwise. Recording compensation, a purchase or a payout does not transfer money. Any payment arranged separately remains subject to the agreement and payment provider used for that transaction.
Agents and connected services
Review suggestions and proposed action details before confirming. AI responses may be inaccurate. Model replies and action execution are separate: a response is not evidence that an action has completed. Connecting another service requires the applicable authorization; access and data use are subject to that provider’s permissions and policies.
Responsible use
Do not use Sagenta to impersonate others, submit misleading records, access information without authorization, infringe content rights, send unsolicited communications or interfere with the service. Use only the accounts, content and records you are authorized to manage.
Service availability and changes
Features and availability can change as the service develops. No availability guarantee or support response time is stated here. Retain copies of important records using the available export controls. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
