Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sagenta platform ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Sagenta ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our AI-powered communication platform and associated services.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sagenta platform, services, APIs, or any associated features (collectively, the "Services"), you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.

For organizations: If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to: (i) bind the organization to these Terms; (ii) agree to these Terms on the organization's behalf; and (iii) make any representations and warranties contained herein on behalf of the organization.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.Services Description

The Services encompass our AI-powered communication platform, which includes but is not limited to: (i) multi-channel communication management; (ii) AI agent customization and deployment; (iii) real-time analytics and reporting; (iv) integration capabilities with third-party services; and (v) any associated APIs, documentation, or tools we provide.

Service Modifications

We retain the sole discretion to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. This includes: (i) implementing new features; (ii) removing existing functionality; (iii) updating system requirements; or (iv) imposing limits on certain features. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.

Technical Requirements

We're responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment and services needed to access and use the Services, including but not limited to internet connectivity, appropriate hardware, and compatible software.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Sagenta regarding your use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements. Our failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
