Make discovery easier to act on.

A useful post deserves a useful destination. Help people understand the product, review the details and take the next step with confidence.

Discuss your business

Build around one clear customer decision

Choose the action that fits the moment. For a product release, that could be choosing a pickup quantity. For a service, it could be asking a question or reviewing an available appointment. For a group order, it could be sending the date and requirements to the business.

The destination should answer the questions that would otherwise interrupt the purchase. Show the location, price, availability, fulfillment terms and how to get help. A beautiful page is useful when the person can complete the intended job.

Keep the promise aligned with the business

Use a confirmed allocation or a reliable source of availability. A product can sell out in the shop while a campaign is still circulating. An appointment can be taken through another channel. Review what the business can fulfill before presenting an action as available.

Make expiry, exclusions, quantities and pickup details visible before acceptance. If something changes, give the customer a clear route to another option or a person who can help. Avoid making a customer discover the limitation after they have travelled.

Use the supported completion path

Sagenta is being built to connect discovery with merchant-authorized purchase and booking paths. The actual system and workflow are confirmed during setup. A checkout link can be the appropriate first experience. Saved-payment ordering requires additional authorization and provider support.

A reply, a requested hold and a paid order are different commitments. The customer should know which one they are making. Treat a provider-confirmed payment or booking as the completion record, then track fulfillment separately.

Measure more than clicks

Review where customers arrived, how many understood the offer and which actions were confirmed. Look for unanswered questions, abandoned steps, stale information and fulfillment problems. These are practical improvements the next campaign can address.

A campaign-linked sale is useful evidence, but incrementality needs a comparison. Include product cost, incentives, fees and additional labor when judging whether a campaign helped the business. High activity with weak contribution is a reason to investigate.

Common questions

Does Sagenta currently process payments for every business?

No. Payment and booking support depends on the merchant system and the specific workflow. Confirm the available completion path with our team.

Does every campaign need a discount?

No. Product availability, relevance and convenience can be valuable at full price. Incentives should have a clear purpose and budget.
