Explain the package before the finish
Describe the actual service, included work, expected duration and price basis. Clarify whether it is mobile or shop-based and which area is served. A basic wash, interior detail and specialist finish need different expectations and should have clear destinations.
Use genuine work with permission from the vehicle owner. Avoid implying that an exceptional result is guaranteed for every vehicle condition. Agree the creator’s compensation, hosted work, disclosure and content permissions before filming, including any identifying details that should stay out of the footage.
Ask for facts that change the job
Collect the minimum information needed about vehicle size, selected package, service location and condition. Explain when staff review is required and whether the initial amount is an estimate. A quote request should not be displayed as a paid booking.
Set a practical response process for questions that need photos or inspection. Keep customer information in the approved business workflow. Do not ask a public social comment to carry private contact details or information that the campaign does not need.
Let the business confirm scope and time
A calendar opening is only part of the job. Check staff, equipment, travel and location suitability before acceptance. State the agreed package, price basis, deposit, cancellation terms and what may require an approved change.
If the vehicle or conditions differ from the request, have the merchant explain the change before additional work begins. A marketing agent should not silently approve a larger charge or promise that every condition can be corrected. Give the customer a clear route to the responsible team.
Keep the appointment useful
Provide accurate preparation and arrival information for the accepted service. For mobile work, clarify the agreed location and any merchant requirements. Name who handles weather disruption, rescheduling and access problems so the customer receives a dependable update.
Keep operational messages separate from promotional consent. Confirm a changed slot through the authoritative process, then update the campaign record. A reminder sent successfully does not prove the customer attended or the service was completed.
Measure completed work and net value
Separate inquiries, estimates, accepted jobs, completed services, collected payments and refunds. Include travel, supplies, extra labor, creator fees and hosted work in the cost review. Quoted revenue should not be presented as earned revenue before the job and payment are reconciled.
After completion, let customers choose a relevant maintenance reminder. Review which packages attract suitable requests and which create repeated scope changes. Improve the description or acceptance process before expanding reach, and compare similar periods before claiming that a campaign caused additional sales.
Common questions
Can a campaign guarantee the final detailing price?
Only the merchant can establish the accepted service and pricing terms. Vehicle condition and changed scope may require review before confirmation.
Is an estimate the same as a completed sale?
No. An estimate, accepted job, completed service and collected payment are distinct events and should be reported separately.
Does Sagenta replace the detailing business’s job system?
The delivery scope depends on the business and supported workflow. Discuss how customer actions and records connect before assuming a replacement or integration.
